In my own definition, Literature is like a human because I think it has life. It compiles so many emotions and feelings like a real human. It can influence you emotionally and physically. It can be your happiness when you are in the side of darkness. It is always in your side waiting for you to read it. It teaches you knowledge just like a teacher. It can gave you thrill, love, sorrow, hope and other. You can treat it as your friend because it can heal your scars, supports in times of suffering, give hopes in your sorrowful life. Literature will always live in your mind and in your heart.

He wrote two famous novel that give a way to start a revolution and to give importance to our national freedom. The two novels are Noli Me Tangere (touch me not) and El Filibusterismo (the reign of greed). He is a good writer because of that his novels is still use today. His contribution as a good author in our country is for opening the eyes of the Filipino people about the evil rule of the Spaniard. His greatest achievement is to help our country to get the freedom back. His principle in writing is to influence and to attack the Spaniard.
